Established in 2022 and located in Pewaukee WI. Emergency Academy is an extension of Emergency Disaster Recovery, Inc. Our goal is to educated the public in preparing homes and lives for any emergency or disaster that may occur.

Shayla Fallon is a Paramedic/Firefighter with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. She is certified at the Critical Care Paramedic level. Shayla is Firefighter certified, as well as a Fire Inspector, Motor Pump Operator, and ACLS/PALS/CPR certified. She lives in the Lake Country area with her husband and 2 dogs and has always been passionate about serving the public. During her time in the fire service she has worked for the Hartland Fire Department as well as Lake Country Fire and Rescue. Her passion for people and experience in the field have inspired her to help communities feel safer both at home and away.
