By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

Emergency Disaster Recovery Inc. provides emergency mitigation, water damage restoration, fire restoration, and mold remediation. Services are provided based on the Work Authorization signed at the time of service.

2. Customer Authorization

By requesting a site visit or service, you authorize our technicians to enter your property to perform inspections and stabilized mitigation actions. You agree to provide a safe working environment for our staff.

3. Payment and Insurance

While we assist in billing insurance carriers directly, the property owner remains responsible for any deductible, depreciation, or services not covered by the insurance policy. Payments are due according to the terms stated on individual invoices.

4. SMS Terms

In the event of an emergency or active restoration project, SMS is our primary method for urgent updates. By providing your contact information, you consent to receive these communications. We do not use SMS for third-party marketing.

5. Equipment on Premises

Any drying or restoration equipment (dehumidifiers, fans, etc.) placed on your property remains the sole property of Emergency Disaster Recovery Inc. Customers are responsible for the safety of the equipment and must not unplug or move it without technician approval.

6. Limitation of Liability

Emergency Disaster Recovery Inc. is not liable for secondary damages (such as mold or structural rot) that occur due to a customer’s failure to follow drying protocols or for denying access to the property during the mitigation process.
